ST-ZOTIQUE
Autrefois lieu d’entreposage de notre camion à espresso, ce garage du quartier montréalais Mile-ex abrite maintenant notre café et maison-mère. C’est également dans cet espace ouvert que nous torréfions notre café et préparons notre café pressé à froid. Nous sommes fiers d’y servir nos espressos saisonniers avec notre système Modbar et du café filtre préparé à la main. Tout comme pour le café, la nourriture que nous offrons est préparée avec soin. Le chef Kyle Croutch fabrique nos pâtisseries et le pain Hof Kelsten est en vedette sur notre menu saisonnier «toast» .
